This is the main directory of HSX. Once HSX runs, it NEVER leaves this directory. Anything useful for a hotline site is stored in this directory
and there is no way to move them except if the person who installed HSX makes unix links.

This directory contains 4 directories, accounts, files, tnews and news. You can also put HSX configuration file here but this is only an advice.
